Wine description

Castellani Chianti is made using the old traditional winemaking method: fully ripe berries are picked and crushed immediately and later poured into a large stainless steel tank for fermentation. The primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (23-24 ° C) until the sugar is removed. When fermentation is at its highest, the wine is filtered and matures for at least 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine matures in a dark bottle for at least 3 months to obtain the final finish. Bright ruby red color. The wine is characterized by an intense aroma of fruits and violets. The harmonious taste is dark chocolate and dark red cherries.
