Is it possible to change the order address and delivery time?

You can change delivery data in your profile, indicating the desired delivery time slot and address. If this section is no longer available for your order, it means you have to contact Rimi customer service.

What is the order delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on your selected time of delivery and it will range from EUR 2.99 to EUR 4.99. You will be able to see the exact delivery cost when you select the date and time.

For orders above EUR 49.98 the delivery is free of charge!

Is it possible to change the delivery address if the order has already been placed?

Yes! You can do so by changing the order data in your profile.

What is the minimum time between the order and delivery?

If you have made your order before 10 a.m., you can receive it already on the same day from 4 p.m. This, however, can change if the demand is high; therefore, we do not suggest that you place your order at the last minute! The exact delivery or availability times will be visible whenever you are choosing the delivery method and timing!

We are delivering purchases made at the Rimi e-store to addresses in Riga and nearest surroundings. The current delivery zone is shown on the map above. Delivery is available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Can I choose not to include a free gift in my purchase?

To showcase our new products, a gift may be included in your purchase. If the gift is not relevant to you, please inform our courier at the time of delivery and we will remove the gift from the order.
