Payment by invoice

Legal entities can pay with a postpayment invoice or choose a debit payment by filling out the application form in their e-store profile from the company's account. After submitting the application, Rimi will review it within 5 working days and approve, correct or reject it.

For each order there is an opportunity to choose the most convenient delivery method – it can be brought by courier, you can come to Rimi Drive for it or you can also pick it up on the spot, in the store. See the most suitable delivery option by clicking here!

💨 Order and receive products today

If you place a courier order before 13:30, you will receive your goods the same day starting from 17:00.

If you need items sooner, you can use:

  • Express pickup – receive items at a store pickup point in 29 minutes

  • Express delivery

    • Rimi Express: 90 minutes

    • Wolt Express: 58 minutes

🔁 Create recurring orders!

We also offer the option to create recurring orders.

Steps:

  1. Log into your profile or register your company as a business customer.

  2. Choose the delivery address and time for the first order.

  3. Create your cart and add the products you want regularly.

    • Click “Do you buy these products regularly?” → “Yes, create recurring delivery.”

  4. Choose the frequency, day, and time for your recurring purchases.

You will receive a reminder 24 hours before delivery so you can modify your order.

If you want to cancel the subscription, click “Cancel subscription.”

🧾 Invoice sent by email!

After payment, we will send the invoice to your email.

If you purchase using a company account, the company details will automatically be included in the invoice, so you do not need to request it every time.

If your company does not yet have a business account, instructions for creating one are available on the page.

👥 Group account

Business customers can also use multi-user accounts.

This is useful if your company:

  • orders for multiple locations

  • wants to share a common company spending limit

Requirements:

  1. Register the company as a business customer in the Rimi e-store.

  2. Contact the sales manager at b2b@rimibaltic.com and provide the emails and names of the users who need access.

  3. Each user will have an individual profile, but all will share the same spending limit.

  4. Rimi will prepare an agreement for adding additional users.

  5. After confirmation, all users can start ordering.
