Can only My Rimi card users place orders in the Rimi e-store?

All clients are able to order from the Rimi e-shop. When making an order with My Rimi profile data, users accumulate My Rimi money and loyalty campaign stickers for all purchases. 

Is it possible to pay for the order in cash?

No. Currently, authorised payment methods are Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Swedbank internet bank, and SEB internet bank.
 

Is the assortment in the e-shop the same as in all physical Rimi shops?

Yes, in our e-shop we sell the same products as in physical Rimi shops, but there may not be the full assortment. 

Is it possible to order goods that are sold by weight, for example, bananas using quantity (in units)?

When entering the desired weight for fruits and vegetables, an approximate number of units (fruits or vegetables) will be shown. 

Can I make an order to any address in Riga?

Yes, home delivery is available in Riga, Jūrmala, Mārupe, Olaine, Ķekava, Salaspils, Baltezers, Ādaži, and more. We are working on the expansion of the delivery area.

What should I do if I cannot pick up my order at the specified time?

Please inform Rimi customer service in case such a situation arises. In case you have chosen Click & Collect (Drive or Pickup in Store), you can pick up your order until the end of the day. If you do not pick up your order, the money will be returned to your account, with the exception of the money for goods that have short expiration dates or specific hygiene requirements.

What should I do if I have selected to pick up the order myself but later I decide that I want a home delivery instead?

Go to your profile and change the order data — delivery method.

Is it possible to order goods for pick-up at any Rimi store?

You can pick up the goods yourself in the Rimi stores in Spice, Ozols, Aleja, and Mols.

Where should I go and what should I do when I arrive to pick up my order?

Go to the Rimi information centre.

There you will find a screen where you will have to enter the PIN code that you will have received via e-mail and SMS message.

Wait for a moment and our colleague will bring you your order.
