No. It is possible to accumulate My Rimi money by shopping in the e-shop and then spend it at a physical shop.

How can I cancel an order that I have already paid for?

You can do this by calling Rimi customer service or by going to ‘Cancel order’ in your profile. If the button is no longer visible, it means that the order cannot be cancelled. You have to be registered to be able to cancel your order in your profile.

Money return for undelivered or returned goods

Money for undelivered or returned goods will be returned to you within 2-5 working days, to the bank account from which your order was placed.
